Tailored Hosted telephony

Telecoms Consortium are able to offer our own hosted service with many added features. The system is our own and we do not sell on behalf of anybody else. As the system is written in-house we can tailor make solutions to fit every requirement. It integrates fully with our SWIFT system and there are apps and a portal giving the reseller and the user complete control of what happens when a call is made or comes in.

A client has the option of using a phone, softphone, ANDROID or APPLE handset and calls can be switched between the two using the app installed on the clients PC or MAC.

Online portals give the reseller and end user the control of how they want their calls to flow and this and be configurable. Call history is all on the portal and the ability to record calls for example can all be added. Auto attendant systems, music on hold and all standard telephony functions call be included at no extra cost. The reseller is able to personalise what the customer can and cannot do providing them with complete control.
